Job Duties: Responsible for Quality software code implementation, Unit testing, Resolving defects, Incidents, Deployment. Conduct software code design, review, documentation, & analysis, propose and develop specs, artifacts, and implementation plans. Lead and mentor junior software developers on projects; hold stand-up meetings on project progress. Analyze business requirements and participate in Requirement Gathering discussions, project planning sessions. Provide high level & detailed estimates & create detailed WBS/Implementation & Execution plan for Projects. Translate Business requirements into programmed applications/modules/ business processes, flows. Provide software project status reporting with different stakeholders in account. Monitor software applications and manage IPC process. Utilize root cause analysis and ability to provide right solution to support requests. Prepare and review of HLDs, LLDs, Design Docs, and technical Design Docs etc. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in electronics, engineering, computer science, or related field. (Higher degree acceptable). Minimum Experience Requirement: 5 years experience in the health care insurance industry handling software design, including custom jsp and integration connectors, using Java and JQuery.
