JOB DUTIES

  • Support end-to-end program conversion model and execution through full software development life cycle including scope definition, analysis, mapping, detailed design, configuration, build, code repository, testing (integration/user acceptance) and implementation.
  • Assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks.
  • Responsible for providing data extracts with table structure information, control balances, entity relationship model and data dictionary for the reverse transition.
  • Research and conceptualize detailed project plan and design a pseudo code for software development and monitor the workflow behavior.
  • Determine all the interface touch points and data exchanges between the core systems and devise the orchestration rules for these interactions.
  • Educate client and operations on application functionalities to understand system.
  • Mentor junior Applications Consultants and other technology team members to drive successful software system design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Architect functional and technical solutions with subject expertise for overall system corrections and performance improvement.
  • Drive mapping of data sources and analytics with the goal of ensuring data quality.
  • Conduct software validation and testing to drive zero slippage on client deliverables.
  • Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) for system customization requests, statement of purpose (SOPs) for system workaround solutions and software development documents as per SDLC standards using understanding of business scope.
  • Create Configuration strategy for admin and claim configuration and configure the different client products on the platform.
  • Execute InsPro services migration project to AWS by working with network team to set up tunnel for application, web services and developer machine connectivity along with sFTP connectivity setup over the internet.
  • Establish network connectivity between upgraded InsPro server and AWS server for sFTP and URL connectivity.
  • Create data mapping to universal file for building Web portal and Mobile application for CHCS client.
  • Build data files per universal file spec and adopt agile methodology to deliver the incremental and iterative files weekly basis.
  • Enable web portal and mobile application to access document in the policy admin system and workflow via web services and APIs.
  • Work on migration of business processes from RPA tool WorkFusion to other tools with significant enhancements to benefit both IT and Operations and build newer business processes on RPA tools using application APIs.
  • Identifies and assesses technical evolution scenarios of a client organization, and defines its governance processes and program management.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer information systems, electronics engineering, or related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

  • 5 years of experience in software development, design, and architecture in the life or health insurance industry using MS Windows, MS SQL Server, AWS, SOAP UI, Java, WorkFusion, and InsPro platform.
